1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

USERPULSE-LANCE is a pneumatic and sound-assisted cleaning system developed to facilitate the discharge of cohesive solid materials accumulated inside enclosed volumes such as silos, containers, and bunkers.
The system can be used as a mobile device operated manually by the user, or installed permanently onto the silo wall for continuous operation where needed.

The lance (lens) structure, available in various lengths, allows penetration into deep sections of the silo. The paddle-type activator at the tip generates both vibrating air pulses and low-frequency acoustic waves, creating a resonance effect on the particulate matter. This effect loosens the compacted mass and facilitates flow.

2. OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The system directs compressed air from a pneumatic pulsator through a flexible diaphragm-type paddle activator. As air passes through this membrane, it produces both targeted air pulses and low-frequency sound waves in the 5–10 Hz range due to the pressure differential.

These acoustic waves resonate with the material mass where the lance is inserted, breaking down bridging and adhesion forces.
The lance design ensures deep impact even in narrow or compact zones. The combination of vibration and acoustic pressure effectively loosens inter-particle bonding and enhances material discharge efficiency at the outlet.

Note: The system can be permanently mounted via flange connection to a specific area of the silo, making it suitable for stationary use in continuous cleaning applications.
