Cement Factories

User Engineering - Sectors

In the cement industry, Sonic cleaners can be applied at many points of the process.

We are proud to be able to offer all sonic cleaning products, including both audible and inaudible sound emitters.

The Sonic system installations are carried out in cooperation with the customer, together with our basic knowledge and process experience in acoustics.

The candidates listed below are only some of the common areas of use.

We know that; We can work for your specific projects and together we can solve these problems.

Cement is a hydraulic binder material that obtained by grinding natural limestone and clay mixture after heating with high temperature. Hydraulic binders are binders that do not disintegrate in water after forming a hard mass as a result of their reactions with water and maintain their hardness and strength.

During production, for the cement clinker to be fired in rotary kilns, it is necessary to provide a theoretical temperature of 1350 - 1400 degrees in the furnace with fuel. 6000 kcal / kg coal (Original 5000 kcal / kg) on dry basis is preferred by the factories . The main reasons for this are; reducing milling costs due to fewer milling operations in high-calorie coal, needs less stock, most importantly, high furnace capacity. If the calorie value falls below 5000 kcal / kg, calorie are increased by blending with higher calorie fuels to avoid yield reduction. Also, if the sulfur content exceeds 3% and the ash content exceeds 30%, it causes arching and corrosion in furnaces and cyclones. This process is called "waste heat recovery - WHR". With the WHR system, energy is produced by using hot gases thrown into the atmosphere. Thus, both economic benefit and environmental contribution is provided.

In this sector, our system is used in the following areas;

  • Boiler ( SP and AQC )
  • Electrostatic precipitators
  • Super Heater
  • Economizer
  • Air Pre Heater
  • Heat Exchanger
  • Calcinator
  • Dynamic cyclones
  • Silo & Bunker
  • ID Fan
  • Filter
