USER PULSE is used to improve the efficiency and utilization of silos and warehouses. The USER PULSE unloading system has been developed to effectively loosen the material in the silo.

The activator probe is powered by compressed air from a pneumatically operated pulsator. The system works as a fast and vibrating manner by this compressed air pushing the probes placed in the silo with. The probe of the pulsator is used both to blow the vibratory air into the material and to distribute it effectively.
The system does not create a local pressure effect in the silo. It provides pressurized and vibrating air intake from more regions instead of one. Thus, it disrupts the bond structure of the material inside. It causes fluidization by loosening with the effect of vibration.
Another advantage of the system is that it is easy to install. The system works efficiently in concrete or metal silos. It can be used on straight or curved edges.
Briefly, USER PULSE is used to eliminate clogging, accumulation in silos and tanks and accumulation problems in vertical walls. Advantage; Increasing product flow and eliminating structural damage caused by vibrators.

Vibrating silo discharge systems
The ideal technique is to loosen the material for movement. This is called fluidization. The fluidized material flows out of the silo easily. Thus, the flow that continues from behind becomes easier.
A common method for fluidizing material is to blow a thin stream of air inside to separate particles. But this method is not always successful. Air only acts as a central channel. Thus, the discharge effect is interrupted.
Vibratory fluidization is a more advanced form of this process. The air pressure sent to the silo is strengthened by vibration. Thus, the material can be effectively loosened. So we can be sure that; it is the material that vibrates, not the silo.

The panel activator radiates the air vibration into the material.
This unloading system aims to loosen the material in the silo effectively. The actuator probe works by pushing fast, compressed air from a fully pneumatic pulsator. The panel pulsator sprays the vibrating air into the material and distributes it effectively.
The sprayed air is distributed finely. Thus, it creates a slippery surface on the activator surface. The vibration in the air allows particles to be easily removed. This combination results in efficient emptying. The dimensions and position of the panel can be designed according to the design of the silo and the properties of the material. So, the system is very flexible. As a result, the ideal solution can be planned according to the circumstances. The system is very easy to install. Simple - flexible installation is one of the other advantages of the system. The system works efficiently in concrete and metal silos.
There are many different vibratory systems available in the current market to use for emptying silos. The main problem in these systems; It generates vibration on the wall of the container and in the special vibration units inside the silo. This is not enough to create flow in the material. In these systems, sudden pressure and air flow are sent inside by air shocks to separate the particles from each other. But this method is not always successful. Air often creates a central channel effect. This situation interrupts the flow. Thus, clumps form in the silo discharge opening and cause blockages.
Even fine-grained powders pose a high risk of condensation and accumulation in humid materials, flake-shaped or fibrous materials.
The list of materials used by the system is quite extensive. The simple mechanical design of this equipment is based on many years of experience and advances in the field of material handling. The system provides little wear and long operating life.
A large number of different panel activators have been designed for the system. It is possible to use these designs in many sizes and areas of silos, warehouses etc.
Ventilation in different types of silos can cause accumulations, blockages, heterogeneous mixing, and accumulation of material. USER PULSE provides the appropriate mix quality. It provides flow in accordance with "first in, first out" principle.
Sometimes it may be advantageous to use 3-4 small panel activators operated by only one USER PULSE, especially in small containers with difficult materials.
In general, the activation should be activated automatically when draining begins. Otherwise, since the activation surface is open, there is a risk that the discharged material bridges over them.
In larger silos, an arch may sometimes occur in the middle of the vertical wall and the exit hopper. This problem can be solved with a separate activator probe placed on the upper edge of the conical part as shown in the picture.

USER HAMSTER has been developed for effective breaking and removal of thick clods, arch and bridge formations formed in large concrete and steel silos. It can be used in many industrial facilities such as cement, mine, ceramic, plaster, feed, food.
It is designed for large silos. It is an effective machine that helps silos to be used at full capacity. In addition, keeping the human factor in a safe area during the periodic revision of these silos indicates that they are designed in accordance with occupational health and safety requirements.
USER HAMSTER is a hydraulic silo cleaning system. USER HAMSTER can be used in bulk, storage areas of different sizes with opening at the top. It is an effective cleaning system that can sweep the accumulation in all compartments downwards.
The system is mounted by hanging from a circular center. It goes down by clearing the accumulation as in the logic of mowing. Breaker heads are attached to the tip of the whip.
The device prevents serious accidents that may occur due to the radio frequency remote control independent from the operator and machine. The solid layer in the silo can be safely cleaned from a convenient and convenient location for observation.
The system is faster than the existing cleaning system methods. Thus, it enables the system to remain passive for a shorter time. It contributes to the reduction of economic loss.
The system enters the silo with the help of a boom length of 2-8 meters. It creates cleaning methods in the inner wall. It lowers the accumulation areas with strong whip blows and the effect of gravity. The absence of people in the silo during this process prevents high risk of accidents.
Due to the 1800 meters up and down movement of the boom, the accumulation can be easily intervened. In addition, it can provide 360 degree cleaning inside the boom silo.
Due to the radio frequency control system of the system, the operator can control the cleaning process from the most appropriate and secure point. The system is lowered to the desired level in order to reach the accumulation layers in the silo. All operations are carried out with a working group of two people. Thus, the cleaning process is carried out economically and safely. The hydraulic system contains a cooling unit. Pressure losses in the system are prevented.
There are different crushing tips mounted on the crusher head to pour the solid material in the silo. Thus, the optimum strength effect is achieved according to the hardness level of the material.

Sonic Application
If the diameter of the silo is smaller, discharge can be achieved by using the sound pressure effect in the accumulation and clogging of the micronized powder material on the inner walls and throat. As a result of the institutions built, it has been observed that it is effective for many materials.
In the picture below, there is a sonic horn placed in the silo to remove the clumps on the silo exit and silo side walls. Silo diameter is 2 meters and height is 8 meters.
In the study carried out, the above-mentioned problems were solved by the effect of 10 seconds after every two hours of waiting.
Thus, expensive and dangerous cleaning models have been prevented and the silo has been operated at full capacity.
